What is in the worksheet.

  • Four warm-up questions to ask your team before you open the scoring grid.
  • Step 1 — List your five worst workflows, with examples from real disability support, aged care, and allied health settings.
  • Step 2 — Score each workflow on four axes: hours per week, error frequency, regulatory risk, handoff fragility.
  • Step 3 — Calculate a rough annual cost using the same SCHADS Level 2 $35.67 base rate as the ROI calculator.
  • Step 4 — Rank and pick the one worth fixing first (hint: it is usually not the most expensive one).
